Answers for care teams

  • A touchpoint is one patient outreach, either an SMS or an email. A routine follow-up sequence may use 2-3 touchpoints. The 200 and 750 monthly caps fit most independent practice volumes in their respective tiers.
  • Yes. Upgrades begin immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades begin with the next billing cycle.
  • No. CTPathways is month-to-month with no setup fee or long-term contract. Cancel anytime before your next billing date without penalty.
  • Yes. Each plan includes a signed BAA at no added cost. It is available for compliance records upon signup, with no waiting period or extra negotiation.
  • Read-only connections are supported with Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, Kareo, Healthie, DrChrono, eClinicalWorks, and NexGen. If your EHR is not listed, the team can review integration options during onboarding.
  • Most practices are running follow-up queues within one business day of signup. Growing Clinic onboarding takes about 45 minutes and covers EHR connection, message templates, and escalation thresholds.
